2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
Returned with all original components, including manuals, accessories (e.g., charging stations, blades), and packaging materials.

Non-returnable items:

Robotic lawn mowers that are heavily used or damaged by the customer.
Any product with opened packaging.

3. Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Damaged Products

6. Defective Products

If your product is defective within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement or store credit, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return for a defective item.
